You upload photos at each renovation step — tanking, insulation, wiring, the bits that get buried behind walls forever. Renovy rates each photo 1 to 10 with specific feedback on what's good and what needs attention. Think of it as a very detail-oriented inspector who never needs a tea break.

Starter gives you 5 rooms per project — great for a bathroom and kitchen reno. Professional removes the room limit and adds receipt management and report exports. If you're doing a whole-house renovation, Professional is the one.

Not yet — Renovy is built specifically for UK residential properties. Our system knows the difference between a Victorian terrace and a 1970s semi, and gives renovation guidance accordingly. Commercial support is on the radar.

Contractor-facing features are coming on the Unlimited tier. Right now, Renovy is homeowner-led — you manage the project, your contractor supplies the photos and evidence. Shared contractor access is on our roadmap.
